How do we help?
Our friendly and knowledgeable Triage staff at Reception will assess your current situation against the eligibility criteria (which is listed below). They will support you to make a LWP application where appropriate. It can take up to a maximum of 1 full working day for an application to be processed and a decision to be made.
In some cases, where it may be useful, our Triage team can also refer you to other support organisations or services within The Bridge, to assist you in achieving financial stability to avoid future crises.
Did You Know: A 2025 survey by Home-Start UK found that 48% of UK parents have skipped meals to ensure their children are fed, with 32% doing so multiple times. There is no shame in reaching out.
